  Please read this as it is not just a review but a review outlining how Go Karts USA handles customers.
  
  My initial order was a spontanious one and I was quite excited, unfortunatly what I was excited about turned out to be a mistake on the website. I was quickly informed that my order was improperly priced on the website and I would not be able to complete the purchase for that amount. Well, once I was informed my next step was to read reviews to see what I was dealing with, quickly I realized there are some bad reviews out there and I responded to ALEX that I would like my money refunded and I did not want to complete the order. This was after hours so I dreaded the thought of the time it would take to get the refund posted but within about 15 min, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, Alex responed and refunded my charge, then went ahead and offered a compromise to make up for the mistake, Alex also appoogized. Well if this was truely how they work then I said HELL YEAH, lets make the order and I accepted the offer and within about a week and a half I was cruising aroung in my cool go kart. And this thing is pretty damn awesome.
  
  Now to take one step back, while the Kart was being assembled we noticed a part that was damaged, all I had to do was fill out a help ticket and wait 24hrs to be informed a new part was being sent out.
  
  If you want a go Kart for a good price and a company that cares, then Go Karts USA is the company for you.
